We understand the property industry requires more than photos or reports. With this in mind we offer a well rounded off service to save you both time and money, the following are just a few of the extra services that we can provide. These services can be booked as stand alone services or add ons to other Services such as an Inventory or Photoshoot.
PAT Testing
Having your Portable appliances tested can contribute greatly ensuring the electrics within a property are kept safe. Our PAT tests start at only £2 per appliance when added on to another service making them very worthwhile.

Our representative is trained and accredited to carry out Legionella assessments and produce the associated reports by Elmhurst energy. Our reports provide advice and highlight steps that can be taken to keep the possibility of water borne diseases to a bare minimum.
