A good, efficient Inventory is an essential part of the rental process following the introduction of Deposit protection over 11 years ago. It’s no secret that in recent years, claiming part of a deposit against damages to a property has become increasingly difficult and near impossible without evidence of the condition at the time of issuing keys.
We offer a fair and independant approach to property reporting.
We provide a throrough and efficient reporting service for each stage of a Tenancy including Full Inventory and Schedule of Condition, interim inspection and check out reports. All our reports are provided with ample photographs and a rich amount information to ensure the property is well documented with substantial evidence.

Tailored inventories
We offer a tailored inventory option for groups of apartments with similar specifications. Although this option does require a short-term contractual commitment, we could offer up to a 40% discount whereby we use a tailored inventory.
